Your orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners, including:

- Local postal services based on your location.
Order Processing
- Processing begins once payment is successfully completed.
- Orders are processed during business days: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) will be processed the following business day.
Please note: Orders are not processed on U.S. national holidays observed by the Post Office:

- Thanksgiving Day

Estimated Delivery Times & Fees
Delivery time includes handling + transit. The times below are estimates and may vary depending on external factors like weather or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to be generated after your order is processed.
- It may take 3–7 days for the carrier to update tracking details. Until then, tracking may not show activity.
- Tracking not visible? Please check your spam or promotions folder.

Personalized or Customized Orders
Custom and personalized items may require additional design time, depending on the complexity of your request. We’ll notify you once the item is finalized and ready to ship.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- International destinations

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, it may be disposed of by our shipping partners.
- A re-shipping fee will be charged for any resends caused by customer input errors.
- We are not responsible for parcels misrouted, lost, or stolen due to address inaccuracies or carrier redirections requested by the customer.
