Order Exchanges

Before completing your purchase, please double-check your:

  • Design
  • Quantity
    Since all items are made to order, we do not accept exchanges for errors in selections.

Need a fix? You can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a corrected one. Contact us at [email protected]—we’re happy to help.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Within 24 hours of purchase

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours at no charge.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with your order number.
  • Once the 24-hour window passes, orders are automatically sent into production and can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of delivery. Refunds are granted for the following cases:

  • Products arrive damaged
  • Item is not as described (wrong size, design, or material)
  • Received the incorrect item
  • Significant discrepancies in the product description

Ineligible for Refunds:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Minor aesthetic issues (e.g. loose threads)
  • Damage caused by misuse or customer handling

Refund Request Requirements

To request a refund, please prepare the following:

  • Your order confirmation or receipt
  • Shipping label/tracking number
  • Clear photographs of the issue (if applicable)
  • Screenshots of any relevant communication history

Return Process: Step-by-Step

  1. Contact our support team to get return approval.
  2. Wait for a confirmation email with the return address.
  3. Send your package using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Include your order confirmation printout inside the package.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • We’ll notify you by email as soon as the refund is issued.
  • Funds typically return to your account within 10–15 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds apply only within 180 days from the delivery date.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a reputable carrier and obtain a tracking number.
